Alex is outstanding to work with. He went over and above laying our floor, going out of his way to collect the order and ensure everything went smoothly. All this was done from another State which is daunting, yet Alex ensured a perfect result...we couldn’t be happier. We would highly recommend Alex to anyone considering having a floor laid. First of all thanks for being patient with me. I know i am the most difficult customer on earth. Marking around for 3 month trying to make the decision on the carpet.
Secondly the guys who installed the carpet have done it perfectly and cleaned all the mess after they finished. Vacuumed all the carpets not only picking up large bits and pieces

Stuart is extremely unprofessional. Stuart was engaged to provide a quote. Stuart subsequently made false and damaging remarks about the family. My family has had zero dealings with Stuart. Stuart was also not prepared disclose the source. Stuart is a tool. For peace of mind, deal with other reputable concrete companies in the area that don’t shoot from the hip and understand the importance of the customer relationship. Next time you encounter a situation like this Stuart, walk away from the job without offending a family you don’t know.
