Alberto Marques first started timber flooring back in his homeland of Portugal at age 14! Marques Flooring was then moved to the Gold Coast in 1986. A strong reputation was quickly built using classic craftsmanship and reliable service, these attributes are still fiercely followed today.

Marques Flooring continued to grow becoming the biggest Timber Flooring company on the Gold Coast, working on major developments and exclusive homes throughout the Gold Coast.

Due to the massive demand for timber flooring on the Gold Coast, Marques Flooring made the change to become the leading distributor to the timber flooring and building industry. Marques Flooring has created a very strong network amongst the timber flooring industry. Our timbers are sourced from carefully selected mills throughout Australia and overseas to ensure the highest quality is provided. In addition to this and because of our stance in the industry we can also provide the best price on the full range of products.

Our operating hours are 6.30am- 4.30pm Monday to Friday and 7.30am -12 noon Saturday​. We can also offer deliveries direct to site either on our crane truck or various other delivery vehicles, saving both time and money.
